New Delhi, India, September 12, 2007 - Zed-Axis Technologies designed and developed a customer relationship management system for Lenovo. The customer management system has been designed and developed at the Delhi based company that has been serving Lenovo for a long time now.
The Lenovo Aisa Pacific CRM is planned to develop a call center management or a marketing management system for Lenovo in the Asia Pacific region. The application will eventually help Lenovo capturing leads and storing data in a secure and manageable application.
Lenovo runs numerous promotional campaigns in the Asia Pacific region and needed to develop a web based application to manage all of them. Zed-Axis' application development team incorporated various functionalities to manage all the data captured through these campaigns.
As a multi user application, Lenovo required the application to be managed by three users: Application Administrator, Call Center Agent and Marketing Manager. Hence, Zed-Axis created three different logins with different functionalities depending on user's role. Also, Zed-Axis provided a 'Train the Trainer' training explaining every minute detail about the application to Lenovo's staff.
This workshop enabled Lenovo's training staff in further training of the application's users, and helped them use CRM application efficiently. To add further, authenticated users can easily operate the application with help of a user manual provided by Zed-Axis. The detailed manual explains every function of the application and makes it easy to handle for the user.
